Cancellations 

We strive hard to deliver you the best quality products. However if you wish to cancel the order placed, you can do so meeting the following conditions below:

  1. We generally process your order within a day. In case the cancellation is placed before 24 hours and the product has not left the warehouse, we will initiate your refund back to the mode of payment you chose while you placed the order. 
  2. In case the product is out for shipment and you cancel the order, you need to refuse the shipment when it arrives at your delivery address and it will be shipped back to our warehouse by our courier partner. In case, you change your mind and want to keep the product you can do so, we will update the order accordingly. Your refund will be processed within a week, once the shipment arrives at our warehouse.
  3. In case, the product is delivered and you want to cancel the order, our team will get in touch with you to fix a convenient date and time for pick-up of the products from your address. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t be able to cancel your order. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all labels intact. 

Note: Incase of customized products designed by you, please have a double check on the size, colour and type of T-Shirt you choose, since once you order and we begin processing your T-Shirt, we won’t be able to cancel the order. Call us immediately within 12 hours to check on the order processing status. Only in case if the order processing has not started, we will entertain your cancellation request and process the refund.

Returns

  1. In case of any manufacturing defect you notice, please report within 24 hours upon receipt of the product through e-mail or call us directly. This is the first part of the process.
  2. Our team will get in touch with you to fix a convenient date and time for pick-up of the products from your address. We will send you the new product for the same order within a week upon receipt of the damaged product. In case you don’t want the product, follow the cancellation procedure, we will initiate refund back to your account.
  3. If you notice any damage to the outer package at the time of delivery, please don’t take the delivery of the product. Contact us immediately and report, we will send you a new product for the same order.

Replacements

  1. We understand sometimes you may not be happy with the attributes of the products like fit, size or colour. Please refer to the size chart before placing the order. However, if you wish to have a replacement of the product, we entertain replacement only once per order.
  2. In case of replacement, our team will get in touch with you to fix a convenient date and time for pick-up of the product from your address. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all labels intact.
  3. We will send you the replacement product within a week post receipt of the returned product at our warehouse.

Refunds 

  1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We understand that our customer’s follow the laid policies and the products returned will be unused and labels intact. However, if we find that the product is been used or any damage of any sort, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  2. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a week’s time. 

For international Customer’s

  1. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  2. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
  3. If you are shipping an item over $75, its better you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to safeguard your return products. We will send an e-mail confirmation once we receive the product at our warehouse.
